Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil

Recently I got to test out a product that for a long time has been a beauty secret in the industry. The Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil is a product that has a varied range of uses making it a staple in anyone’s bathroom. It contains rare natural oils to deeply nourish the skin of your face, body, and hair. It also has a wonderful scent you’ll simply fall in love with (well, I did anyway!).

The oil is made by Nuxe cosmetics, and they combine the power of nature and science plus aromatherapy to create a hard working yet pleasurable product to use. This is reflected in the brand’s name, which came about by combining the words ‘nature’ and ‘luxury’. Plus Nuxe cosmetics also contains no parabens making it even more desirable!

I’ve been using the product now for about a month and have found it to be super easy, super pleasurable and super effective in so many ways, that I’ve told nearly all my friends. I’ve mainly used it to nourish my skin, as it provides many different nutrients that help hydrate, smooth & plump, fight wrinkles and act as antioxidants, what could you not love? I’ve applied a few drops to my legs and arms for a subtle sheen as a moisturiser/conditioner and to my face once a day in the upward direction. The oil contains many nutrients which I’ll list below, you’ll be as interested as I was!

Tsubaki Oil from a Japanese camellia which nourishes and protects.

Tea Tree Oil which hydrates.

Borage Oil to fight wrinkles.

Hazelnut Oil which soothes the skin.

Macadamia Oil which fights skin ageing

Almond Oil and Argan Oil which helps regenerate and hydrate.

2 types of Vitamin E which act as antioxidants.

Not only does the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse make your skin softer, providing nutrients and a unique scent that absorbs quickly without a greasy feeling, it also helps your hair too. For using the oil on your hair, simply spread a few drops into dry lengths and ends as needed. You can also have a more intense conditioning effect by applying the oil once or twice a week as a 10-minute mask before washing. The once a week tip is something I’ve been doing and my hair feels more supple and shinier, without being weighed down. My scalp also feels healthier when I run my hands through my hair.

Finally I want to mention the fragrance, with a subtle scent it really is a joy to use. It has top notes of orange blossom (which I love!). Middle notes of magnolia and vanilla and base notes of wood. The Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil is a hard working, effective treatment that is so diverse with its different array of uses for hair, body and face. Something I’d definitely recommend as a stable on anyone beauty regime.
