It's amazing how fast time can pass you by, and it's true that the older you get, the faster time flys. As we say goodbye to July and Hello to August I'm going to reflect back on the outfits I've worn. I'm well known for not remembering what happened at events I've attended, but knowing exactly what I wore. If I've forgotten something, I just reflect on what I wore and it instantly rejigs my memory.
This Vetements tee is my first ever purchase from SSENSE, a luxury fashion store based online. I wore this look to a birthday meal with friends, and staying true to the edgy 'non-fashion yet totally fashion' Vetements aesthetic, I teamed the tee with a denim shirt worn off the shoulder from Topman, with one sleeve rolled up and the other hugely oversized. An old school Dior messenger bag in pink monogram with big diamanté rings and ear cuff finished the look.
Rocking neutrals & being fabulous! For this look I teamed a woman's blazer from H&M with a New Look shirt and a Topman pair of stone coloured skinny jeans. I very often wear women's clothes in a gender neutral way, this H&M blazer not only looks killer, but as it's sized for a woman, it simply fits my small frame better than a mans blazer would.
During the beginning of July we saw some very warm weather, it was around this time I was struggling to find an outfit for a night out. I wanted something cute, that I wouldn't get too hot in while in a club. I must have tried on half of my closet trying to put something together, but in the end I picked up two simple pieces to create a chic summer clubbin' look. I teamed a vintage Jean-Paul Gaultier jacket with a stripped tee from New Look with stone coloured Topman skinny jeans and brown Burtons shoes. I also picked my white multicoloured monogram Louis Vuitton clutch to add some fun summer flare!
No OOTD post for me would be complete without a little Christian Dior heaven right?! This beauty is a new piece into my closet, a find I picked up from a trusted seller on eBay. I remember seeing this tank top in a 3 second clip on The Simple Life as Nicole Richie tried it on while shopping with legendary Paris Hilton and I wanted it ever since. Little did I know it would take over 15 years to get hold of! I teamed my Dior tank top over a black shirt and black skinny jeans. I added some gold jewellery and used my Louis Vuitton pouch in monogram canvas as a clutch. DIOR WHORE FOR LIFE!
