Heads up! I recently got a pop up from vogue about its new Vogue Runway app, and without even reading the description I downloaded it to see what it was all about, and its so fabulous I thought I would give all you fashion addicts the 411.
Vogue Runway is basically an app that shows almost every designer collection in photos. It updates straight from the runway and has literally millions of photos from almost every major designer ranging from Dries Van Noten's SS16 show which was an hour ago to Versace's Fall 1991 show. Cant remember that statement bag that Largerfeld let walk down the Chanel runway last year? Then check the app as all the photos from the show with every look will be there waiting for you to browse. Not only that, if you just heard you missed the live stream of Versus Versace yesterday then you need not cry, it will all be on the app too! If you are a fashion fan then I recommend the app hugely, it updates almost instantly after shows and archives older shows so you can review them whenever you wish. I've just spent several hours on the app which was fun, though my shopping list has just grown by an extra two pages after browsing many of the new SS16 shows, erm, thanks Vogue!
The App also includes reviews, runway reminders, a share function and if you download the ipad version you get extended coverage so you can see everything from front row sightings to backstage happenings, oh and the app is free? Well thats just fabulous!
