Monday with Moschino - My obsession...
I'm obsessed!!! Moschino's Autumn/Winter collection has been part of my life ever since the music started playing when I streamed it live earlier this year. It was fun, energetic and totally unexpected. This was the first collection since designer Jeremy Scott took the helm at Moschino and he kicked it off with a bang. The collection started with a fast food theme which then evolved into many fantastic monogram mad street style looks and then finally finishing with a handful of beautiful gowns created from silk and taffeta with printed food labels on them. The collection to me was amazing, I don't know if it was the music, the energy or the actual clothes that I loved, but now I'm hooked. Here are a few of my favourite looks from the fast food part of the collection.
As the seasons changed I lusted hard over all the items, especially from the fast food collection. I couldn't justify Moschino's prices at the time so I bought high street alternatives and re watched the show every weekend. I even downloaded the show music to listen to. However, my lust never subsided and on December 6th, I received this email:
I still couldn't afford the pieces, but if I was going to shop the collection, now was the chance. You just CANT turn down a 40% off code. It didn't even take 5 minutes till these key pieces were on there way to my wardrobe:
As I now wait for my items to arrive I've been lusting over the whole collection again like a man possessed. I'm Moschino mad. I'd rather have Moschino than Chanel, Moschino over Vuitton! Now I've opened the flood gates I'm hooked. I've got my Autumn/Winter pieces being shipped as we speak, and my shopping list for Spring/Summer 2015 has only just begun. Re watch the show below!
